Utah Transit Authority (UTA) Fares & Fuels Facility is a $40 million, 150-bus, operations, maintenance and administration facility, with planned expansion to 250 buses. The facility is located on a site of approximately 15 acres immediately south of UTA’s administrative offices in Salt Lake City. The project involved designing an administration and operations building, a bus maintenance facility, a CNG and diesel fuel facility, a drive-through bus wash building and canopies to provide cover for all 150 buses.
